This is possible by using the specially designed double micro filter. The coffee is filtered twice and so well that Espro says the extraction of the coffee stops when the plunger has been pushed down. We do have to warn: the coffee is filtered so well that sometimes there is even some left at the bottom of the press with the coffee grounds.
